Happy Spring!

Where has the time gone??? Easter has come and gone and we didn't even send out an Easter newsletter. We do apologize for that mishap; we didn't mean for it to slip by so quick. Anyway, Spring is here now. We can almost feel it by the melting snow, the grass beginning to show, and the weather getting a bit warmer. But, if you really want to see spring, be sure to check out all the new products at the Studio. Spring is definitely in the air with all the cute new spring lines coming in. We have a ton of things going on at the Studio in the next few months that we are really excited about. We are starting with a slam-bang spring clearance sale, our semi-annual Trash 2 Treasure Sale, Our Class Kick-Off, National Scrapbook Day, an extra Special Guest Apprearance, and it just goes on and on from there. Read on to find out what is happening at the Studio.

Spring Cleaning Sale - or SALE OF THE YEAR

OK Ladies - this is the SALE OF THE YEAR for Scrapbook Studio. We are cleaning out the Studio to make room for all the new products arriving. If you have been in the Studio lately, you know we need more space. We have gone through the paper racks and cleaned out everything that is over abundant or had less than 5 sheets of paper. We scoured the racks to eliminate the stickers and embellishment that are stragglers and putting them in the clearance section (but they are so darn cute I keep telling my employees - they tell me to get rid of it). Not to mention the foam stamps, paints, tools, etc. that are taking up room. The time has come for us to clean up, clear up and tidy up the Studio. Even my loyal customers tell me it is getting too crowded and I should find a bigger space. That tells me that I am a pack rat and things must GO.So, starting Tuesday, April 1 (no fooling) through Sunday, April 6, you will find many items on the work area tables at a reduction of at least 30% to 40% off. All items on the sale table (in the back area) will be reduced to 50% to 70% off. Now is the time to stock up big.
As an added bonus, anyone spending at least $25 (pre-tax of course) will receive a 6x12 album free. These albums retail for $12.99. Supplies are limited so hurry in soon to get your free gift.

Trash 2 Treasure Sale

We still have room for more participants in our semi annual Trash 2 Treasure Sale scheduled for Saturday, April 19 and Sunday, April 20.This is the perfect opportunity for you to sell your gentle used scrapbook or stamping items that you no longer use, need, or want. The procedure is pretty simple, we charge a $10 fee for you to rent space in our Studio to sell those items you want to sell. In exchange for this fee, we take care of everything - advertising, manning the tables, collecting the money, distributing the money and we do not hackle with customers on the price you marked. You don't have to be here to do a thing. Just drop off your items and leave the rest to us. Whatever you sell, you will receive a Scrapbook Studio Gift Certificate in the amount of your sales to be used to buy new items in the Studio. What more could you ask for!!! You are respsonsible for marking your items with the specific price and your initials on each item. You must pre-register in order to have your initials validated and you must have your items into the Studio by Wednesday or Thursday before the sale. Everyday we have customers tell us they have enough stuff to open their own scrapbook store and we kinda laugh and ask...are you using it all??? Of course not - so get rid of it to someone who can use it. There are many beginner scrapbookers and stampers out there that would love to have the stuff you no longer use. Let them buy it at a bargain price and you can get new stuff. If you would like to participate in the spring Trash 2 Treasure Sale, call the Studio at 845-8859 or stop by with your registration fee. Not interested in selling, but would like to buy some gentle used stuff. Be sure to be at the Studio bright and early Saturday, April 19, to get the first look at all the great items. Remember, ALL SALES ARE CASH ONLY. We can't run checks or credit cards for rummage sale items, so be sure to bring your cash. The parking is tight, the lines are long, but it is well worth it for the bargains. We are working on ways to separate the tables and putting them in different locations, so it isn't so congested in the one area. We also request that no strollers be brought into the Studio on Saturday. We hope we can find a way...if the weather would cooperate, we could even have it outside in the side parking lot, which is an option. Let's hope for good weather.
